Papa Razzi Wellesley is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations at our Wellesley, MA location. You will lead a team to deliver excellent guest service in a warm, Italian-inspired setting.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishment.
• Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a quality guest experience by managing all areas of the restaurant's daily operations.
• Hire, train, and develop employees and managers.
• Hands-on training and development of service positions, including Guest Service, Etiquette, and Food & Beverage knowledge.
• Oversee and approve weekly scheduling.
• Reconcile, invoice, and manage inventory.
