Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager with a track record of leading upscale, high-volume operations (>200 covers) to join our team in South Carolina. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, coach a diverse team, manage finances, and strengthen community partnerships.

Qualifications

5+ years of successfully running a high-volume upscale restaurant (200–300 covers).
Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.
Compassion for people and alignment with Indigo Road values.

Responsibilities

Oversee all facets of the restaurant including operations, finances, people, culture, events, and more.
Promote staff development and champion a positive guest experience.
Engage with local vendors and community to source quality products and educate team members.
Communicate effectively to ensure tasks are completed and standards met.
