You will oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations across shifts, ensuring flawless guest service and high-quality presentation. You will manage P&L, payroll, and staff scheduling while mentoring a high-performing team and collaborating with culinary and front-of-house partners to deliver memorable dining experiences.
