Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for our Nashville area locations. You will helm operations for a high-volume, upscale dining concept, oversee finances and people, and champion a culture of exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll lead with passion and nurture your team while engaging local vendors and the community to deliver unforgettable moments. Applicants should have 5+ years of leadership in upscale F&B, a proven track record of guest

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food-focused restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.

• Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
