Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of serving experience in an upscale or fine-dining establishment.
• Strong wine knowledge and experience providing tableside wine service.
• TIPS or Wyoming Alcohol Server Certification required, or ability to obtain certification prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and polished table service consistent with Powder Cache's casual fine-dining standards.
• Guide guests through the menu by describing ingredients, preparation techniques, daily specials, and dietary accommodations.
• Maintain precise table settings and execute coursing, clearing, resetting, and side-work responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Perform professional tableside wine service, including opening, decanting, presenting, and pouring bottles.
