Job summary

The Trap Bar & Grill at Grand Targhee Resort seeks a Restaurant Support Staff member to assist across dining room, kitchen, and bar during high-volume service. You’ll deliver food, clear and reset tables, restock service areas, and support bartenders to ensure smooth operations.

This hands-on, fast-paced role emphasizes teamwork, guest hospitality, and adaptability during après-ski, live music, and events, upholding the resort’s guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or guest service environment is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with bussing, food running, barbacking, or other high-volume food and beverage service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dining room and guest area support: clear and reset tables, stock service stations, and assist bartenders.
• Kitchen service: deliver food promptly, verify orders, and assist with line cleanliness.
• Bar support: replenish supplies, prepare garnishes, and maintain bar areas.
• Alcohol compliance and guest safety: monitor service areas and report concerns.
• Service standards and team support: work with all staff to keep service organized and guest-ready.
• Safety responsibilities: follow safety policies, report hazards, and operate equipment safely.
