• Ability to manage multiple tables and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service throughout the dining experience.
• Know menu, daily specials, local beers, spirits, and wine to make recommendations.
• Enter orders into the POS accurately and coordinate food/beverage delivery.
• Maintain tables during service with bussing, refills, and cleanliness.
• Follow safety guidelines and communicate with team to support smooth service.
