Sartiano's in New York seeks a Reservationist to manage bookings and guest inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. You will handle calls and emails, confirm details, and ensure guest needs are met, coordinating with the events team as needed.

The role requires a minimum of one year in a fast-paced or upscale dining environment, proficiency with SevenRooms and Google Suite, and a professional demeanor during busy hours. Tuesday through Saturday shifts apply, with on-site work.

Mansioni

• Answer phones, monitor emails, and online booking systems to record and modify reservations.
• Note dietary restrictions and special requests on each reservation.
• Explain cancellation policies and large-party requirements.
• Process orders, requests, and reports.
• Coordinate with Private Events Manager for event inquiries.
• Take detailed messages and liaise with management to follow up.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously, promoting positive relations.
