Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience.
• Proficiency in Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with residents.
• Proactive and solution-oriented to resident concerns and requests.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments professionally, highlighting features appealing to residents.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain understanding of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident information, process applications, and track leases.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs for a smooth experience.
• Plan and execute retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and social media.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
