Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in San Marcos, TX. You will manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing, present the community, schedule tours, and ensure excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in leasing or sales, preferably in multifamily.
• Proficient in Yardi or RealPage software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
