Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a leasing or sales role.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments to prospective residents, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth transition.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
