Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Room Service Attendant in Minneapolis. You will work with the Room Service Team to serve guests and deliver food and beverages, ensuring a positive guest experience and adherence to hotel standards.

Prior hotel experience is preferred, especially in in-room dining in upscale settings. Strong communication with guests and colleagues is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Serve all hospitality suites per Banquet Event Orders and policies.
• Complete shift side work as required by policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure quality experience.
