Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a room service associate to join the Room Service Team, delivering food and beverage to guests to ensure a positive guest experience. The role requires setting up and delivering orders in accordance with established guidelines and responding promptly to guest needs.

Responsibilities include VIP amenities setup, floor sweeps, cash handling, and adherence to hotel policies. Hotel experience is preferred, and the position supports continuous guest-focused service

Qualifications

• Hotel industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong guest communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and carry trays up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adapt communication style to diverse guests and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per standards.
• Perform floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service hospitality suites.
• Handle shift side work per hotel policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure quality experience.
• Report communications to shift supervisor.
• Handle cash according to company policies.
• Maintain attendance and regular schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
