The Hotel at Avalon in Minneapolis is seeking an on-site Room Service/In-Room Dining Associate to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, uphold service standards, and support guest satisfaction across a four-shift weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• In-room dining in upscale hotels is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per guidelines and policies.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Service hospitality suites per Banquet Event Orders and procedures.
• Complete shift side work as outlined in operating policies.
• Respond to customer needs and issues to ensure quality experiences.
