White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring Cocktail Servers for Stella Van Buren, an upscale Italian American Steakhouse in Milwaukee.

Positions include part-time and full-time with shifts from 3pm–11pm, 2–5 shifts weekly depending on availability, and a tip-based pay model typically $25–$30/hour based on volume. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Ability to read situations and respond proactively.
• Willingness to work a busy hotel restaurant schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with a welcoming demeanor.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth service.
• Know menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish and maintain hospitality standards.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, professional work environment.
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
