Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a high-energy, organized Server Assistant for Stella Van Buren, an upscale Italian American Steakhouse in Milwaukee. You will support serving staff during lunch and dinner, assist with table maintenance, and help create a seamless fine-dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing with strong communication.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn the server role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are clean and set, assist Food Runner as needed.
• Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand and know menu items.
• Handle opening/closing duties and process payments.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and be an ambassador of the establishment.
