Job summary

White Lodging is hiring Cocktail Servers for Stella Van Buren in Milwaukee. Roles include part-time and full-time shifts from 3pm–11pm, with 2–5 shifts weekly, and a tip-based earnings model typically $25–$30/hour depending on business volumes.

Qualifications

• Previous server or customer service experience preferred; we will train the right candidate.
• Outgoing, social personality with a genuine passion for guest service in a hotel restaurant.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills; read the table and respond to guest needs.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mindset for a high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace; flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests, creating personal connections.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties for smooth operations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes; answer questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience.
• Promote teamwork and a friendly, safe hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
