Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar station and health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and garnishes.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and reconcile at shift end.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Previous bartending or serving experience required — hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus

• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays — weekend availability required
