The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring responsible service and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel dining venue.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or serving experience required.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar a plus.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar station and health standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and garnishes.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and reconcile at shift end.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice.
