Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Reserve to provide world-class dining service, coordinating table service and communicating with front and back of house staff to meet guest expectations. This hourly role supports 20 hours per week, with shifts mainly 3:00pm–11:00pm and weekends, and requires a professional appearance and proactive guest care.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least six months of fine dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6 months of serving experience in fine dining/upscale setting preferred.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders to ensure items are prepared properly and on time.
• Present, open, and pour wine when serving guests.
• Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and handle additional requests.
• Total bills and accept payment or refer guests to supervisors.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and beverages; upsell where appropriate.
• Work on the POS system per guidelines and ensure uniform is clean and presentable.
