Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants in the Austin area. This full-time role requires a front-line leader who builds strong teams, drives guest satisfaction, and delivers operational excellence across shifts.

You will manage restaurant P&L, oversee payroll and scheduling, and mentor staff to uphold upscale dining standards while collaborating with kitchen and service teams to create memorable

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food & beverage operations.
• Ability to manage restaurant P&L, labour and food costs.
• Proven track record in upscale restaurant or hotel dining.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality across shifts.
• Manage compliance with operating processes to maintain a high-performing dining environment.
• Lead daily restaurant management activities including P&L oversight, payroll, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop the team to deliver exceptional upscale service.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced hotel restaurant setting.
