White Lodging in San Antonio is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Leader who can oversee guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and team spaces to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.

You will mentor and develop the housekeeping team, manage budgets and labor, and implement efficient processes to maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance across multiple properties in the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, and cost controls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with guest focus.
• Ability to train and motivate a housekeeping team.
• Excellent organization and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and team spaces.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, including hiring and training.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes to control expenses and optimize labor productivity.
• Conduct inspections to uphold brand, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
