Havertys is seeking a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant to help customers select furniture, understand needs, and create welcoming homes. The role emphasizes service, relationship-building, and meeting sales goals with support from design consultants.

The position offers paid training, an uncapped commission structure with a guaranteed income feature, and potential to earn $55,000 to $100,000+ per year. Benefits include a daily pay option and a 401(k) match.

Formación

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer communications.

• Proficient in resolving customer objections and ensuring satisfaction.
• Familiarity with a broad range of furniture styles and products.
• Computer proficiency including email; MS Office and tablet/iPad experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service to our customers from contact through delivery and beyond.
• Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with a diverse group of customers.
• Build relationships with customers independently and with the Interior Design Consultant from our Design program.
• Reinforce customer selections and help complete the look of their rooms.
• Provide product, service, and finance expertise based on customers’ needs.
• Use company-provided tablets and Havertys proprietary technology for communication.
• Enter client information in the CRM and provide professional follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles and products.
