Havertys Furniture is seeking a motivated Retail Furniture Sales Consultant to help customers select furniture, understand their needs, and create a warm, welcoming home. You will contribute to store success and customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with a guaranteed income feature and a paid training program. There is potential to earn between $55,000 and $100,000+ per year, with a strong base and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and match customer needs to furniture solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with Interior Design consultants.
• Support customers in completing room designs and financing options.
• Utilize company tablets/CRM for client data and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of furniture styles and products.
