Qualifications

• Prior server experience in upscale or luxury dining.
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in English required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Must interact with diverse guests and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and hospitality.
• Develop knowledge of Delmonico Steakhouse menu, wines, and beverages.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods clearly.
• Assist guests with dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and service teams for seamless service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Attend tastings, trainings, and briefings to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of hotel offerings, promotions, and events.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and report end-of-shift details.
• Maintain tables, stations, linens, and dining areas to standards.
