Fairmont New Orleans is seeking a Runner for Delmonico Steakhouse to support polished, high-end dining experiences in a luxury setting. You will work closely with Servers, Culinary, and the broader Food & Beverage team to ensure timely delivery and precise presentation of every dish.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, fine-dining, upscale restaurant, or high-volume steakhouse preferred.
• Passion for food, beverage, hospitality, and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Servers in delivering a polished dining experience to guests.
• Deliver food promptly from kitchen to guests with attention to presentation and timing.
• Verify orders for accuracy and proper presentation prior to delivery.
• Understand Delmonico Steakhouse menu, including premium beef cuts and sauces.
• Assist with food and beverage service while upholding standards of service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
