Job summary

EverTrue, an upscale dining environment, seeks a dining server to provide excellent service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure quality of each dish. You will assist with setup, maintain clean dining areas, and support catering events as needed.

The role requires 1–2 years in fine dining, knowledge of menu details and allergens, and proficiency with POS systems. Part-time position with PTO, retirement savings, and education assistance available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a fine dining or country club venue preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, diet orders, and guest preferences.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests warmly and resolve issues to guest satisfaction.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods to describe to guests.
• Input drink recipes into computer software and maintain knowledge of drinks.
• Assist with dining service setup, buffets, and catering support.
• Assist with food prep and ensuring proper food temperatures.
• Help with post-service cleanup and dining area maintenance.
