Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dining server to deliver upscale service in our dining room, maintaining clean, sanitary conditions and assisting with food preparation as needed.

You will greet guests, take and serve orders, and guide guests through menu details, allergens, and preparation methods. Responsibilities include setup, service, and cleanup, with focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2–3) of waiting in fine dining or country club venues.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipes, diet orders and resident preferences.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions and maintain professionalism.
• Patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and family members.
• Strong interpersonal relationships and customer service focus.
• Good problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service in an upscale dining environment.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely, accurate manner.
• Greet guests politely and address dissatisfaction promptly.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods to explain to guests.
• Make recommendations and share menu information with guests.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and use point-of-sale software.
• Serve 16+ guests at a time and recall orders when requested.
• Ensure food quality and address issues that affect guest experience.
• Assist with dining room setup, buffets, and catering event support.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and proper temperature of foods; cleanup duties.
