Job summary

EverTrue, a provider of dining services in an upscale setting, seeks a dining server to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, take and serve orders, describe menu items and allergens, and ensure timely, accurate service across dining areas.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in fine dining or country club environments, strong communication, and teamwork abilities. Part-time roles with comprehensive benefits are available, including PTO, retirement plans, education

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (prefer 2–3) of waiting in fine dining or country club venues.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions and to work as part of a team.
• Patient, tolerant, and capable of building positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to recall orders and describe menu details and allergens accurately.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders timely and accurately.
• Greet customers with courtesy and address issues promptly.
• Know menu items, allergens, and how items are prepared.
• Make recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and enter orders into the system.
• Serve large groups efficiently and recall orders when requested.
• Ensure quality and proper temperatures of served foods.
• Assist with dining service setup, buffets, and station prep.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and stocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cleanup duties to maintain clean service areas.
• Support catering events and general dining operations.
