EverTrue in Crest, CA, seeks a dining server for an upscale environment. You will take and serve orders, greet guests, and help maintain clean dining areas. You should know the menu, allergen details, and how items are prepared to advise guests accurately.

Candidates with 1+ year in fine dining or country club settings are preferred. Strong service mindset, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in waiting in fine dining or country club venue.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipes, diet orders, and resident preferences.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Patient and tolerant toward staff, residents and families.
• Develop constructive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Service orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Active listening and effective communication.
• Willing to receive Hepatitis A vaccine if required by local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests with courtesy and handle dissatisfactions professionally.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation descriptions for guests.
• Make menu recommendations and share additional information with guests.
• Serve 16+ guests at a time; recall orders as needed.
• Check product quality and address issues affecting guest satisfaction.
• Perform dining service setup and assist with catering events.
• Assist with receiving and storing food, ensuring proper temperatures and timely service.
• Assist with cleaning duties, bussing tables, stocking, and maintaining dining areas.
