EverTrue is seeking a dining server for an upscale setting, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, accurate order taking, and maintaining pristine dining areas. You will know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods, while assisting with setup, stocking, and post-service cleanup.

The role requires a minimum 1 year in fine dining or country club venues and emphasizes teamwork and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of waiting in a fine dining or country club venue.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipes, diet orders, and resident preference cards.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions and maintain courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food/beverage orders in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Greet customers with courtesy and address dissatisfaction effectively.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods to describe to guests.
• Make recommendations and share additional menu information with customers.
• Handle high-volume service, recalling orders when needed.
• Check products for quality and ensure timely serving.
• Perform dining service set-up and assist with buffet setups.
• Assist with receiving and storing food, maintaining proper temperatures.
• Assist cleaning duties and maintain dining service areas.
