• Detail-oriented with tray service and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, attentive, personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Describe signature cocktails and pairings; recommend beverages.
• Take accurate beverage and food orders; enter into POS.
• Coordinate with bartenders and staff to ensure timing and accuracy.
• Serve with proper glassware and presentation in luxury settings.
• Maintain attentive table service: water, clearing, pacing, replenishment.
• Recognize guest preferences; address concerns and service recovery.
• Present and settle checks; follow cash-handling procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and responsible service.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and stations.
