Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a courteous Waiter/Waitress to join our upscale dining team. You will provide excellent service, take and serve orders, greet guests, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

You will know menu details, allergens, and drink recipes; assist with setup, stocking, and cleanup; and support catering events as needed. Prior experience in fine dining or country club settings is preferred; Hepatitis A vaccination may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflective of an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests courteously and handle concerns professionally.
• Know menu items, allergens, and preparation methods; explain to guests.
• Make recommendations and answer questions about the menu and drinks.
• Recall orders and manage service for large groups.
• Set up dining areas, stock buffets, and assist with event catering as needed.
• Assist with cleaning duties and food safety as prescribed.
