Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a luxury hotel.
• Two years’ experience in customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concierge services and coordination of cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, etc.
• Act as personal concierge for owners and assist with pre-arrival or in-house requests.
• Onboard new owners, prepare forms, utility setup and appliance manuals.
• Prepare residences for owner arrival per owner preferences.
• Code and submit invoices; update department checkbook.
• Support Preventative Maintenance for residences.
• Prepare residences for inspections and closings; identify defects.
• Deliver owner mail and packages.
• Communicate results of maintenance inspections to owners.
• Process Work Order Requests from Engineering and report results to owners.
• Support Montage rental program preparations for residences.
• Perform administrative and organizational office tasks.
• Create personalized WOWs to enhance ownership experience.
• Contribute to other projects to improve ownership experience.
