Qualifications

• Fine dining or upscale food service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and cooking methods.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverages to standard.
• Know menu ingredients, preparation methods, and cooking techniques.
• Understand the club's beverage program including beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
• Enter orders and process payments accurately in the POS system.
• Set and reset tables with proper flatware, china, and glassware.
• Complete end-of-shift duties and restock for the next day.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings for updates.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of spaces for events.
• Greet members and families by name; know preferences and allergies.
• Communicate professionally with members and guests.
• Participate in trainings and tastings.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
