Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a courteous server to provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at our club. The server will uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality while helping create a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale or country club setting (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid Food Service Workers Card within 30 days of hire.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members and guests, providing a warm, friendly welcome.
• Present menus, answer questions about the menu and daily specials, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper order and presentation standards.
• Address guest complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure efficient service.
• Present checks, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure service standards are met.
