• Welcome Members and Guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized experiences.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu offerings and daily specials, with thoughtful recommendations for preferences and dietary needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, and pair with food.
