The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a welcoming Dining Room / Pub Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide exceptional service to club members and guests in both dining room and pub settings, delivering accurate orders and maintaining a polished dining environment.

Ideal candidates are personable, dependable, and attentive to detail, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and events in a premier country club.

• Experience in upscale dining or country club welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to club members and their guests.
• Greet members and guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Have a strong knowledge of menu items, daily specials, beverages, and applicable club promotions.
• Answer questions regarding menu items and make appropriate food and beverage recommendations.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor tables throughout the meal and anticipate member and guest needs.
• Maintain proper table presentation and ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, expo, and management teams.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
• Properly handle member charges, cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout each shift.
• Assist with resetting tables and preparing the dining room/pub for service.
• Work cooperatively with other servers, bartenders, managers, and club staff.
• Address member concerns professionally and notify management when additional assistance is needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with club members and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Management.
