Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverages according to club standards
• Develop knowledge of the menu to answer questions on ingredients and preparation
• Maintain knowledge of the club’s beverage program including beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options
• Accurately use the POS system for orders and payments
• Set and reset tables with proper placement of flatware, china, and glassware
• Complete end-of-shift duties including cleaning and restocking
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review updates and priorities
• Assist with setup and breakdown of spaces for events
• Greet members and guests by name and know preferences and allergies
• Communicate professionally with members and guests
• Participate in trainings and tastings
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
