Job summary

Savannah Country Club is seeking hospitality professionals for in-person dining service. You will greet and serve members, answer questions about the menu and beverages, and maintain high standards of service in a fine dining setting.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment, using the POS system for orders and payments, and you will attend daily trainings and pre-shift meetings to stay aligned with service priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale food service preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine/beverage basics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverages according to service standards.
• Develop knowledge of menu and ingredients to answer questions.
• Utilize POS system for orders and payments.
• Set and reset tables with proper placement of flatware, china, and glassware.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in trainings.
