Job summary

The June is seeking polished, attentive Servers to deliver elevated, member-focused dining across our private club in Jacksonville, FL. You are the primary contact for members and guests during service, with strong knowledge of food and beverage, pacing, and discreet hospitality.

The ideal candidate brings genuine hospitality, reads the room, and builds rapport with members over time. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a private club setting is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or private club environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Comfortable with POS systems and standard service software.
• Current food safety/alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the service schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-service dining with accuracy, timing, and polish across service periods as scheduled.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, preparation methods, and ingredients to answer questions and make informed recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth course timing and order accuracy.
• Set, maintain, and reset tables to presentation standards.
• Handle member and guest requests, substitutions, and concerns with grace and discretion.
