NBUTEXAS is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a high-volume upscale casual seafood restaurant. The AGM will lead and develop both front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through high service, food quality, and cleanliness.

The role includes coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and labor management while fostering a positive, accountable culture with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of current restaurant management experience in a high-volume upscale casual or polished casual concept
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
• Experience managing food and labor costs, inventory, and overall restaurant operations
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality best practices
