Requirements

• 2+ years high‑volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience with a strong track record of progressive career growth (within one company is a plus).
• High energy and a sense of urgency.
• Polished, professional presentation and approach.
• Strong leadership traits with the ability to drive performance results through motivating and coaching others.
• Detail‑oriented with high standards in service, organization, and operations.
• Guest‑focused and hospitable, truly enjoying taking care of others.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible schedule: 45 hours per week with two consecutive days off.
