Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Cocktail Server – Beverage to deliver timely beverage service on the casino floor and in designated areas. You will engage guests professionally, maintain station cleanliness, and assist with events in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include cash/POS handling, complying with ABC alcohol regulations, and coordinating with bartenders and leadership to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Must meet all regulatory requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests promptly.
• Bus and clears tables in assigned sections.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of service stations.
• Process cash and credit transactions through POS.
• Communicate with bartenders and Beverage leadership to ensure service flow.
• Verify guest IDs to comply with alcohol laws.
