Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Bartender – Mozen to prepare and serve a full range of beverages in a high-volume bar and dining setting. You will uphold AAA Four Diamond service standards and ensure guest satisfaction with fast, friendly, and accurate service.

You will manage POS orders, maintain bar cleanliness, monitor inventory, and work flexible hours in a 24/7 casino environment, complying with health and safety guidelines while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending school or hospitality training preferred.
• 2–3 years bartending experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service required or must be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages — including mixed drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages — for guests and service staff with speed, accuracy, and consistency in accordance with standardized recipes.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system promptly to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Draw draft beer and pour bottled or canned selections with proper portion control and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner, delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Maintains knowledge of beverage and food menus to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Process guest payments using the POS system and handle cash, credit cards, comps, and vouchers according to policies.
• Verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and internal policies.
