Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Server – Mozen to support the front-of-house team by bussing tables, serving drinks, and assisting Servers with food and beverage service. You will maintain menu knowledge, uphold service standards, monitor cleanliness, restock stations, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fine dining casino environment.

Flexibility for 24/7 operations; background check and gaming license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtained on hire.
• 6–12 months of experience in a food service support role.
• Familiarity with casino, resort, or fine dining service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Support servers by taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Serve water, beverages, and food items promptly.
• Maintain menu knowledge to answer guest questions confidently.
• Bus, clean, and reset tables quickly between guests.
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Restock service stations and maintain supplies throughout shift.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with side work and other duties as assigned.
