Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Cocktail Server – Beverage to take and deliver beverage orders on the casino floor and designated areas. You will provide prompt, courteous service, maintain clean service stations, and assist with events in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications include strong communication, beverage knowledge, and familiarity with ABC regulations. Prior casino or hospitality experience is preferred. This role requires strict compliance with laws and service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver beverage orders on the casino floor or designated areas.
• Provide prompt, courteous service in line with 4-Star/4-Diamond standards.
• Bus and clear tables; maintain station cleanliness and stock.
• Process cash and card transactions through the POS system.
• Support bartenders and leadership to ensure smooth service flow.
• Verify guest IDs and comply with alcohol service laws.
