Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at banquets, meetings, and events. You will provide prompt, courteous, and professional service in accordance with established standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages promptly, preparing stations, bussing and resetting tables, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, and adhering to sanitation and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage service experience required.
• Banquet or catering experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Ensures proper serving techniques are followed during all functions.
• Delivers a fine dining experience by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepares workstations by stocking necessary supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring readiness for service.
• Busses and resets tables as needed throughout events.
• Follows all sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
• Communicates effectively with kitchen and service team to ensure efficient service.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
