Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks a Cocktail Server – Beverage to deliver prompt beverage service on the casino floor and in designated areas. You will maintain station cleanliness, handle cash/POS transactions, and support high-volume events with a friendly professional approach.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in food and beverage, knowledge of cocktails and ABC alcohol rules, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage offerings and responsible alcohol service standards.

Responsibilities

• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provides 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service by engaging with guests in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Busses and clears tables of used glassware and debris in assigned sections.
• Maintains cleanliness and stock levels of assigned cocktail service stations.
• Processes cash and credit transactions through the approved point-of-sale system.
• Works special events and high-volume service areas as assigned.
