Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA is seeking a guest-focused team member to assist servers by bussing tables, serving drinks, and supporting service during shifts.

You will greet guests, take orders, ensure inventory, and maintain quality guest service in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Experience in guest service and familiarity with alcohol service (TIPS) is preferred; background checks and County Food Handler’s Certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in guest service and food knowledge preferred.
• Must undergo a background investigation to obtain a gaming license.
• County Food Handler’s Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders.
• Demonstrate responsible alcohol service per applicable training.
• Keep workstation well-stocked and organized.
• Serve drinks and meals and bus tables.
• Assist Server in taking food and beverage orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
